Glacier City Realty is a privately owned real estate and property management business. We are based in Girdwood, Alaska and also have an office in Anchorage. Sam Daniel – Broker ABR, CRS, GRI, SRES
Sam is the owner/broker of Glacier City Realty, Inc. He has lived in Girdwood, Alaska for over 23 years and loves the community. He has been a commercial fisherman in Bristol Bay and has also worked in community education. He is a UAF graduate. Sam loves to run, lift weights, scuba dive and ride motorcycles.
Loretta Ortiz-Daniel – Realtor
Loretta is the co-owner of Glacier City Realty, Inc. She was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and is a UAA graduate. She retired from the Anchorage School District after 23 years of teaching in Anchorage and Girdwood. Rebecca Reichlin – Associate Broker
Rebecca has lived in Alaska for over 30 years. She has a background in education, arts, administration and community educations. Rebecca is an avid volunteer for Four Valleys Community School, Rotary, and other organizations. Jacqueline Moser- Licensee / Marketing Specialist
Jackie is in charge of advertising, weekly e-newsletter, our website, and all of our flyers & promotional materials, and has recently received her real estate license. She was born and raised in northern Wisconsin, and has called Alaska home for the last seven years.
