It walked and talked very much like the log cabin chalet that many Buyers find to be “just the ticket” for their ski home experience. This was a cash sale and was under contract and sold in a matter of about three weeks.
507 Crow Creek Road took a bit longer. This home just before the bridge over Glacier Creek on Crow Creek Road (still in the paved section) had been in a long time Girdwoodian family for many years. It had to have a new septic system and variances related to the setbacks among other issues that came up during the process. At each juncture the Selling family listened to the advise of their Glacier City representative and the sale eventually did close and record.
